Carl Beech
Founder & Exec Chair
The pioneer and visionary behind Edge, president of CVM, and CEO of Spotlight YOPD. International speaker, podcaster, broadcaster, evangelist, and inventor with a background in banking, youth work, senior pastoring, and charity leading. Married to Karen B since 1994 with two adult daughters and one granddaughter. Enjoys sporting challenges and has run the London, Snowdonia, and Chesterfield Marathons, cycled from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, Calais to Nice, the length of Italy and Port Elizabeth to Cape Town! He also loves gardening, music, art, and hanging out with friends and family.
Karen Tullett

Kind and enthusiastic, Karen holds post-graduate qualifications in both Psychology and Theology and has a variety of previous experience including school’s worker, support practitioner, victim support, church leadership, and Playwork. She is also a doting auntie and godmother, as well as an avid parkrunner, and CrossFitter! Passionate about emotional resilience, health, and wellbeing she believes in the healing freedom that comes from knowing Jesus and being known by him. Karen plays Centre in her netball team, loves to travel, loves her family, and is always eager to learn something new.
Steve Martin

A retired Warrant Officer with the Royal Navy, Steve spent 28 years navigating life as a Christian in the rather challenging environment of a messdeck on board a warship! Steve has been married to Helen since 1987 and together they have two adult sons and 4 grandchildren. Steve’s hobbies include music (especially if it’s on vinyl), playing guitar and running (marathons!) He drives a 30-year-old VW Van and a 2.8i Capri of the same vintage!! Steve prides himself on his ‘dits’ which is Naval terminology for stories- and normally requires a translator to interpret all the RN slang which peppers every sentence!
